Why did you get into dentistry? How did you get into this business?

Since I was a kid, I always loved all sorts of arts and crafts – stitching

stuffed toys, clay art and even just making fancy, color-coded study notes.

I also equally loved science, specifically biology. When making a career

choice, I wanted the perfect mesh of science and art, and dentistry was

just the perfect blend.

How long have you been practicing?

Just starting!

What parts of your work do you find most enjoyable? What is the most

rewarding part of dentistry?

I enjoy working with patients from all walks of life and learning different

life lessons from them. The most rewarding part of dentistry is having your

patients appreciate your work and leaving the dental chair with a smile

radiating true happiness.

What is your philosophy about being a dentist?

Be yourself, honest and genuine. Patients and coworkers will feel your

energy and reciprocate it.

What values do you live by in dentistry?

Integrity, professionalism and respect.

What has been your most satisfying moment as a dentist?

Completing upper and lower canine to canine composite restorations on a

patient with severe attrition, erosion and failing restorations, while

restoring their vertical dimension of occlusion. The patient is in theatre

and after completing the transformation, showing the patient their smile

was the most satisfying feeling I’ve ever had.

What are your hobbies? What do you do when you're not being a dentist?

I enjoy working out, going to hot yoga, taking my dog for nature walks and

cooking!
